Why Redemption Grove Church?
Southern Wake County is one of the fastest growing areas in the country. The people moving here need to know about the life-giving hope found in Jesus Christ alone. Redemption means to be bought with a price, to be saved out of darkness. A grove is a group of healthy trees, planted, rooted, and bearing good fruit. In God's kindness and by his Spirit, this is what we hope to be as a church.
Why South Garner / North Fuquay-Varina?
Redemption Grove Church will serve the neighborhoods in south Garner and north Fuquay-Varina near I-540 and US 401. With the growth of Garner, Wake County, and Fuquay-Varina, North Carolina, more churches are needed to build up Christians, make disciples, and serve families and singles in this area, in Jesus' name.
Our Pastor & Team
Pastor Corey Staton has served in full-time pastoral ministry for 12 years. He is a native of Fuquay-Varina and a graduate of Campbell University and Shepherds Theological Seminary. He and his wife, Carrie, have four boys. In addition to Corey, Josh Houghton and Michael Nootbaar will serve as elders, and together they are helped by an Advisory Board made up of leaders of Redemption Grove's sending church, Redeemer Community Church, Fuquay-Varina, NC.
